Here is some brief information on entering the fields for a new listing. Please be as accurate as possible. As always, feel free to contact us with your questions.

• Title: Give your property a short name that is both descriptive and search engine friendly. The title should include the keywords that best describe your property; ie "Beachfront Condo" or "Marco Island Home".
• Property Class: Select a property class that best suits your property; Vacation Condo, Vacation House, Vacation Villa, Rental Apartment, or Rental House.
• Featured Listing: Featured Listings have images randomly placed throughout the website for better exposure.
• Notes: Notes are simply for adminsistrative purposes. Typically you can enter the property owner's name or complete address. Notes are not visible to other users.
• Booking Calendar: If you choose to use the Booking Manager Feature select {addon_booking_calendar}, otherwise you can select No Booking Calendar - Contact Agent for Availability.
  The booking agent manager is a dynamic feature that allows agents to setup your rental for online bookings.
  Features include:
  
  • Configure Paypal® and deposit required for online reservations
  • Create seasons, seasonal daily rates, and check in/out times
  • Black out dates to make unavailable for web reservations
  • View, confirm or delete any reservations created online
  • Enter payment information for any reservations created online

  Note: It very important that all information is completely entered in the booking module. Errors will occur if seasons, rates, or check out times, are not completely entered. Agents/owners should avoid over lapping season start and end dates.

• Address: Input address. If you dont feel comfortable entering the complete address, you can input the street name only. The mapping is based on this field.
• City: Input the city
• State: Input the state
• Zip: Input the Zip
• County: Input the county
• Community: Select the community. If your community is not listed please contact the administrator to have it added.
• Rental Term: Input the typical rental term; ie weekly, monthly, annual or daily
• Price (only numbers): Input the typical price per the rental term; ie $1000 per week
• Bedrooms: Input bedrooms
• Baths: Input bathrooms
• Sleeps(only numbers): Input the maximum sleeping capacity of property
• Floors(only numbers): Input the floors
• Full description: Input the full description. Be as descriptive as possible including number of rooms, style of decor, unique home features, and community features. Remeber to include keywords for better search engine rankings.
• Year Built(only numbers): Input Square feet
• Private pool: select yes or no
• Pets: select yes or no
• Minimum Rental: enter the minimum number of days the property can be rented; ie 7 days
• View: select the view that best describes the rental
• Home Features: Select the home features that best describe the property
• Community Features: Select the community features that best describe the proeprty
• Rental Policy: Input the rental policy regarding cancelations, refunds, and rules. Typically this is simply pasted in from a pre-typed paragraph.

Again, try to be as accurate as possible when inputting the fields. Gross inaccuracies will be removed for violation of terms and conditions.
