Info: Hi! My name is Jan. Florida was always a winter retreat for me. Coming from Chicago, it became a home away from home whenever the weather got to be too much to bear. Today, Paradise Properties is a thriving rental service for private home owners who would otherwise leave their valuable properties empty during an extended travel schedule of their own. Some of the properties are actually built and furnished just for rental income and all have some of the most comforting amenities you can imagine and at very reasonable prices. We rent condos and private homes. Some are right on the water, others are just walking distance to the beaches or the golf course.
